Section 351.4 - Front end detection system (FEDS) referrals

The appropriate social services eligibility worker must refer applicants for assistance to the social services district's FEDS investigative unit in accordance with criteria set forth in the district's approved FEDS plan submitted to the department in accordance with Part 348 of this Title. Any referrals to the FEDS investigative unit must not delay the eligibility determination process beyond the timeframes established by the Social Services Law or this Title.
