Section 347.21 - Allocation of statewide goal by commissioner

For each State fiscal year for which a statewide child support collection goal has been established, the commissioner shall, subject to the approval of the director of the budget, allocate a portion of the statewide goal to each social services district. Each district's support goal shall be a function of that district's percentage of the statewide aid to dependent children caseload based on a methodology which will be applied uniformly to all districts. Upon allocation, the department shall notify each social services district of its portion of the statewide goal.
