Section 300.7 - Coordination of services by the social services district

(a) To insure provision of services that strengthen and maintain family and individual living and best promote the welfare of each individual receiving assistance, care or services, each social services district shall coordinate the skills and experiences of its income maintenance, medical assistance and services divisions.

(b) Each social services district shall establish coordinating procedures from intake to case closing, clearly delineating the responsibilities of each division as they relate to cases of mutual interest.
