Section 9000.0 - General rules

The Commissioner of Transportation may be orders adopted from time to time and filed in the Office of the Secretary of State, designate highways maintained by the State for preferential use, as delineated by signing and pavement markings placed thereon in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, by types or classes of vehicles specified in such order. Such orders shall be come effective upon filing with the Secretary of State and the installation of the requisite signing and markings.
