(a) Route 13. Route 13 between the Tompkins/Schuyler county line and the Tompkins/Cortland county line.
(b) CR 121. CR 121 (Warren Road) between Route 13 and Dutch Mill Road in the Town of Lansing and Village of Lansing.
(c) Route 34 between the Cayuga-Tompkins county line and Route 13 in the Village of Cayuga Heights and the Town of Lansing.
