(a) Pine Street. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Pine Street between the International Paper Company's main gate located on Pine Street and Fifth Street.

(b) Fifth Street. The northbound and southbound roadways of Fifth Street between Pine Street and Palmer Avenue.

(c) Palmer Avenue. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Palmer Avenue between Fifth Street and Main Street.

(d) Main Street. The northbound and southbound roadways of Main Street between Palmer Avenue and Route 9N.

(e) Mechanic Street. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Mechanic Street between Main Street and Route 9N.
