(a) Route 37. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 37 between State spur 971G (Massena traffic circle) and the Franklin county line, a distance of 0.7+- mile.
(b) Route 131. Route 131 between Route 37 and CR 42, a distance of 0.4+- mile.
(c) CR 42. CR 42 between Route 131 and the Alcoa Plant, a distance of 2.9 miles.
