(a) Route 59. Route 59, SH 689, between Hopf Drive and Route 304, a distance of 1.7 miles in the Town of Clarkstown.

(b) West Nyack Road. The eastbound and westbound roadways of West Nyack Road, a town roadway, between Route 59 and Route 304, a distance of 0.6+- mile.

(c) Old Nyack Turnpike. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Old Nyack Turnpike, between Pascack Road and the IR 87 entrance ramp, a distance of 0.1+- mile.

(d) Hopf Drive. The northwest and southeastbound roadways of Hopf Drive, between Route 59 and Pascack Road, a distance of 0.1+- mile.

(e) Pascack Road. The northbound and southbound roadways of Pascack Road, between Hopf Drive and Murry Hill Road, a distance of 0.5+- mile.

(f) Murry Hill Road. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Murry Hill Road, between Pascack Road and the United Parcel Service terminal, a distance of 0.1+- mile.

(g) Smith Street. Smith Street, between Route 59 and Route 304 southbound entrance ramp, a distance of 0.1+- mile.
