(a) Route 23. Route 23 between Route 205 and the Chenango/Otsego county line in the Towns of Oneonta, Laurens and Morris and the Village of Morris.

(b) Route 23. Route 23 between I-88 (exit 15) and the Delaware county line, a distance of 2.0+- miles in the Town of Oneonta and City of Oneonta.

(c) US Route 20. US Route 20 between the Herkimer county line and the Herkimer county line, a distance of 8.6+- miles in the Town of Richfield and the Village of Richfield Springs.

(d) US Route 20. US Route 20 between the Herkimer county line and the Schoharie county line, a distance of 12.6+- miles in the Towns of Springfield and Cherry Valley.

(e) Route 166. Route 166 between US Route 20 and Route 28, a distance of 21.1+- miles in the Towns of Cherry Valley, Roseboom, Middlefield, Milford and Villages of Cherry Valley and Milford.

(f) Route 28. Route 28 between Route 166 and I-88 (exit 17), a distance of 9.2+- miles in the Town of Milford and Village of Milford.

(g) Route 28. Route 28 between the Otsego-Delaware county line and I-88 (exit 15) in the Town of Oneonta and City of Oneonta.
