(a) The North Genesee Street Arterial Highway, FAC 71-22, 65-18, and 62-12, between Route 5S and the Northside Arterial Highway.

(b) Wells Avenue, a city street, between the North Genesee Street Arterial Highway and the westerly terminus of Wells Avenue.

(c) Route 5 between North Genesee Street Arterial Highway and Route 12.

(d) Dwyer Avenue. Dwyer Avenue between Route 5S and Turner Street.

(e) Route 5S. Route 5S between I-790 and the easterly Utica city line.

(f) Pitcher Street. Pitcher Street between Dwyer Avenue and Broad Street.

(g) [Eff. until May 27, 1992, see also subd. (g) below.] Broad Street. Broad Street between Pitcher Street and Turner Street.
