Section 8128.69 - Town of Oyster Bay

(a) Express Street, a town highway, between Basin Street and Executive Drive, a distance of 0.25± mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(b) Executive Drive, a county road, between Express Street and Sunnyside Boulevard, a distance of 0.55 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(c) Sunnyside Boulevard. Sunnyside Boulevard between interchange 46 of I-495 (SH 59-2) and Terminal Drive, a distance of 0.20± mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

(d) Winding Road. Winding Road, a town highway, between the truck terminal and Bethpage-Spagnoli Road, a distance of 0.2 mile.

(e) Bethpage-Spagnoli Road. Bethpage-Spagnoli Road, a town highway, between Winding Road and the Nassau-Suffolk county line, a distance of 0.2 mile.

(f) Route 106. Route 106 between Route 106-107 and West John Street; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

(g) West John Street, a town highway, between Route 106 (SH 546) and Charlotte Street/Avenue, a distance of 1.1 miles, is designated as a access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(h) Charlotte Street/Avenue, a town highway, between West John Street and the Williams Machinery truck terminal, a distance of 0.3 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(i) Terminal Drive. Terminal Drive between Sunnyside Boulevard and Ames Court, a distance of 0.3± mile is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

(j) Ames Court. Ames Court between Terminal Drive and South Terminal Drive, a distance of 0.10± mile is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

(k) South Terminal Drive. South Terminal Drive between Ames Court and Commercial Street, a distance of 0.10± mile is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

(l) Commercial Street. Commercial Street between South Terminal Drive and Skyline Drive, a distance of 0.10± mile is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

(m) Skyline Drive. Skyline Drive between Commercial Street and Express Street, a distance of 0.10± mile is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

(n) Express Street. Express Street between Skyline Drive and the Yellow Freight Service, Inc. terminal, a distance of 100 feet is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

(o) Route 107. Route 107 between interchange 41 of I-495 and Engineers Drive.

(p) Engineers Drive. Engineers Drive between Route 107 and the ABF Freight Systems, Inc. truck terminal, a distance of 0.2± mile.

(q) Route 107. Route 107 between interchange 41 of I-495 and Route 25.

(r) Route 25. Route 25 between Route 107 and Route 135.

(s) Route 135. Route 135 between Route 25 and interchange 44 of I-495.

(t) Gordon Drive. Gordon Drive between Route 25 and the Roadway Services Incorporated property, a distance of 0.5± mile.

(u) Alpha Plaza Drive. Alpha Plaza Drive between West John Street and the Roadway Express facility.

(v) Route 24. Route 24 between Route 135 and Hempstead-Oyster Bay town line.

(x) Merrick Road between Hempstead/Oyster Bay town line and Route 107.

(y) Route 107 between Merrick Road and Route 27.
