(a) Route 13 between Thruway exit 34 and the Madison-Oneida county line in the Village of Canastota and the Town of Lenox.

(b) Route 12. Route 12 between the Oneida-Madison county line and the Chenango-Madison county line in the Towns of Brookfield and Hamilton.

(c) Route 20. Route 20 between the Onondaga-Madison county line and the Oneida-Madison county line in the Villages of Cazenovia, Morrisville and Madison and in the Towns of Cazenovia, Nelson, Eaton and Madison.
