Section 8113.24 - Town of Poughkeepsie

(a) Old Post Road (a town road). The eastbound and westbound lanes of Old Post Road from US Route 9 to Sheafe Road.

(b) Sheafe Road (a town road). The northbound and southbound lanes of Sheafe Road from Old Post Road to the Consolidated Freightways Terminal.

(c) IBM Road (CR 48). The eastbound and westbound roadways of IBM Road, CR 48, between US Route 9 and the Avis Drive and Park terminal, a distance of 0.3+- mile.

(d)-(e) [Repealed]

(f) Burnett Boulevard. Burnett Boulevard between US Route 44 and Friendly Lane, a distance of 0.25+- mile in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
