(a) Route 23. Route 23, between the Columbia-Greene county line and Massachusetts state line, a distance of 25.9 miles.

(b) Route 9H. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 9H between Route 23 and the Harder's Express, Inc. terminal in the Towns of Livingston, Claverack and Greenport.

(c) US Route 9. US Route 9 between Healy Boulevard and Columbia County/Dutchess county line in the City of Hudson and Towns of Livingston, Clermont, and Greenport.

(d) Route 9H. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 9H between Route 9 and Route 66 in the Village of Valatie and the Towns of Kinderhook, Ghent and Claverack.

(e) Route 66. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 66 between Route 9H and Healy Boulevard in the Towns of Greenport and Claverack.

(f) Route 9G and 23B overlap. Route 9G and 23B overlap between Route 23 and the L&B Products Terminal, a distance of 2.4+- miles in the City of Hudson and Town of Greenport.

(g) Route 23B between Route 9H/Route 23 and the ADM Milling Co. (RM 3005.5+-) in the Towns of Claverack and Greenport.

(h) Route 22. Route 22 between the Columbia-Dutchess county line and Route 23, a distance of 12.8+- miles.
