(a) Route 990L. Route 990L between Route 12 and the easterly Norwich city limit.
(b) Route 12. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 12 between Route 990L and Borden Avenue, a distance of 0.9+- mile in the City of Norwich.
(c) Borden Avenue. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Borden Avenue between Route 12 and the Victory Borden Avenue warehouse, a distance of 0.6+- mile in the City of Norwich.
(d) Prentice Avenue. Prentice Avenue between Route 12 and O'Hara Drive.
(e) O'Hara Drive. O'Hara Drive between Prentice Avenue and its terminus, a distance of 0.15+- mile.
