Section 8101.13 - Town of Colonie

(a) Route 7. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 7 between IR 787 and IR 87 in the Town of Colonie.

(b) Route 155 (Old Wolf Road and Watervliet Shaker Road). The northbound and southbound roadways of Old Wolf Road and the eastbound and westbound roadways of Watervliet Shaker Road between Albany Shaker Road and IR 87 Exit 5 northbound entrance ramp.

(c) Avis Drive. The northbound and southbound roadways of Avis Drive between its dead- end termination and Wade Road.

(d) Wade Road. The northbound and southbound roadways of Wade Road between Route 7 and Old Niskayuna Road.

(e) Apollo Drive. The entire eastbound and westbound roadways of Apollo Drive west of Route 155 (New Karner Road).

(f) [Repealed]

(g) Watervliet Shaker Road. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Watervliet Shaker Road between its westerly dead-end termination and Route 155 (Old Wolf Road/Watervliet Shaker Road) intersection.

(h) Albany Street. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Albany Street between Route 155 (New Karner Road) and Old Karner Road.

(j) Sicker Road (Old Niskayuna Road Extension). The eastbound and westbound roadways of Sicker Road (Old Niskayuna Road Extension) between Wade Road and the westerly dead-end termination of Sicker Road (Old Niskayuna Road Extension).

(l) Brown Road. The northbound and southbound roadways of Brown Road between Warehouse Road and a point 0.1+- mile north of Warehouse Road.

(m) Warehouse Row. Warehouse Row (Road) between Railroad Avenue and Fuller Road.

(n) Terminal Drive. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Terminal Drive from its westerly dead end to Wolf Road, CR 153, in the Town of Colonie.

(o) CR 151 (Albany Shaker Road). The northbound and southbound roadways of CR 151 from Route 7 to the Albany County Airport access road; provided, however, that this route shall not be used by vehicles of more than 96 inches in width.

(p) Albany County Airport access road. The northbound and southbound roadways of the Albany County Airport access road from CR 151 to CR 151; provided, however, that this route shall not be used by vehicles of more than 96 inches in width.

(q) CR 151 (Albany Shaker Road). The eastbound and westbound roadways of CR 151 from the Albany County Airport access road to Wolf Road; provided, however, that this route shall not be used between the hours of 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and shall not be used by vehicles of more than 96 inches in width.

(s) Route US 9. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route US 9 between Route 7 (the "new" Route 7) and the Albany-Saratoga county line in the Town of Colonie.

(t) Railroad Avenue. The northbound and southbound roadways of Railroad Avenue between Maplewood Avenue and Fuller Road in the Town of Colonie.

(u) Green Mountain Drive. The northbound and southbound roadways of Green Mountain Drive between Arrowhead Lane and Fonda Road, a distance of 0.4+- mile.

(v) Fonda Road. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Fonda Road between Green Mountain Drive and US Route 9, a distance of 0.4+- mile.

(w) Old Niskayuna Road. Old Niskayuna Road between the Old Niskayuna Road Extension/Sicker Road intersection northerly to a point 0.4+- mile north of the Old Niskayuna Road Extension/Sicker Road intersections.

(x) Arrowhead Lane. Arrowhead Lane, between US Route 9 and Green Mountain Drive.

(y) Cordell Road. Cordell Road from Preston Trucking east side terminal to Kings Road.

(z) Kings Road. Kings Road between Cordell Road and Morris Road.

(aa) Morris Road. Morris Road between Roadway Services, Inc. east side terminal and the Curry Road/Curry Road Extension intersection.
