(a) IR 81. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 81 between the Onondaga-Oswego county line and the Oswego-Jefferson county line in the Villages of Parish, Pulaski and Sandy Creek and Towns of Hastings, Parish, Mexico, Richland and Sandy Creek.
(b) Route 481. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 481 between the Onondaga-Oswego county line and CR 57 in the Towns of Schroeppel and Volney.
