Section 8031.00 - General

(a) IR 81. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 81 between the Cortland-Onondaga county line and the Onondaga-Oswego county line in the City of Syracuse, Village of North Syracuse, Towns of Tully, LaFayette, Onondaga, Salina, Clay, Cicero and the Onondaga Indian Reservation.

(b) IR 481. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 481 between IR 81, exit 16A, and IR 81, exit 29, in the Towns of Onondaga, DeWitt and Cicero.

(c) IR 690. The eastbound and westbound roadways of IR 690 between Thruway exit 39 and IR 481 in the City of Syracuse and Village of East Syracuse and the Towns of Van Buren, Camillus, Geddes and DeWitt.

(d) Route 690. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 690 between IR 690 and Route 370 in the Towns of Van Buren and Lysander.

(e) Route 481. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 481 between IR 81 and the Onondaga-Oswego county line in the Village of North Syracuse and Town of Clay.

(f) IR 90. The eastbound and westbound roadways of IR 90 between the Cayuga-Onondaga county line and the Onondaga-Madison county line in the towns of Elbridge, Van Buren, Clay, Salina, DeWitt and Manlius.

(g) Route 695. Route 695 between IR 690 and Route 5, Camillus bypass, in the Towns of Camillus and Geddes.
