Section 8026.00 - General

(a) IR 390. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 390 between the Livingston-Monroe county line and IR 490 in the City of Rochester and the Towns of Rush, Henrietta, Brighton, Chili and Gates.

(b) IR 490. The eastbound and westbound roadways of IR 490 between the Genesee-Monroe county line and the Monroe-Ontario county line in the City of Rochester and the Towns of Riga, Chili, Gates, Brighton, Pittsford and Perinton.

(c) IR 590. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 590 between IR 390 to IR 490 in the City of Rochester and Town of Brighton.

(d) Route 104. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 104 between Maplewood Drive and the Monroe-Wayne county line in the City of Rochester, Village of Webster, and Towns of Irondequoit and Webster.

(e) Route 390. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 390 between IR 490 and Latta Road, Route 18, in the Towns of Gates and Greece.

(f) Route 590. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 590 between IR 490 and Route 104 in the City of Rochester and the Towns of Brighton and Irondequoit.

(g) IR 90. The eastbound and westbound roadways of IR 90 between th Genesee-Monroe county line and the Monroe-Ontario county line in the Towns of Wheatland, Chili, Henrietta, Pittsford and Mendon.
