(a) IR 87. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 87 between the Albany-Greene county line and the Albany-Saratoga county line in the City of Albany, Villages of Colonie and Ravena, and Towns of Colonie, Guilderland, Bethlehem and Coeymans.

(b) Fuller Road alternate. The northbound and southbound roadways of the Fuller Road alternate arterial highway between US Route 20 and IR 87 in the Town of Guilderland.

(c) IR 90. The eastbound and westbound roadways of IR 90 between the Schenectady-Albany county line and the Albany-Rensselaer county line in the City of Albany and Towns of Guilderland and Colonie.

(d) IR 787. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 787 between Thruway exit 23 and the Albany-Rensselaer county line in the Cities of Albany and Watervliet, Villages of Menands and Green Island, and Town of Colonie.

(e) IR 890. The eastbound and westbound roadways of IR 890 between the Albany-Schenectady county line and Thruway exit 25 in the Towns of Guilderland and Colonie.

(f) Route 5. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 5 between the Schenectady-Albany county line and IR 87 in the Town of Colonie and Village of Colonie.
