Section 919.2 - Establishment of private rail crossings; prohibitions

No new private rail crossings shall be established in an intercity rail passenger service corridor unless an application has been made to and approved by the Commissioner. For purposes of this section, new private rail crossing shall mean a private rail crossing established on or after July 26, 1994.
