Part 826 - Construction And Filing Of Tariffs Of Common Carriers
Section 826.11 - Terminal carriers

Current through Register Vol. 46, No. 12, March 20, 2024

Carriers who hold certificates granted by the commissioner which authorize only the transportation of general commodities within a municipality or commercial zone as prescribed by the commissioner when such transportation is under a common control, management or arrangement for a continuous carriage or shipment by motor vehicle to or from a point without such municipality or zone, are relieved from the requirements with respect to concurring or participating in governing tariff publications and from posting tariffs in which they are listed as concurring or participating terminal carriers. Terminal carriers must, however, be listed as concurring or participating terminal carriers in the rate tariff publications of the line-haul carriers for whom pickup or delivery service is effected.
