Section 826.0 - Introductory

(a) All tariffs filed on or after the effective date of this Part [April 1, 1974], unless otherwise authorized by special permission of the commissioner, must conform with this Part, except that local tariffs consisting of not more than four pages (including the title page) of carriers regularly operating not more than five trucks may be published under the provisions of Part 825 of this Title. The commissioner may direct the reissue of any tariff, power of attorney or concurrence at any time.

(b) This Part contains no rules with respect to suspension of tariff provisions or transfer of operations. Procedure in such instances will be outlined in the commissioner's orders relating thereto.
