Guidance:

01A Where the center line does not exist for a distance of 1000 feet or longer, the W8-12 sign should be supplemented with a Distance plaque (see Section 2C.55). Where additional signs are placed within 1000 feet of the end of the no center line condition, the Distance plaque should be omitted.
