Section 78.26 - Careless, negligent, or dangerous operation prohibited

No vehicle shall be operated in or upon the airport in a careless or negligent manner or in disregard of the rights and safety of others, or without due caution or circumspection, or at a speed or in a manner which endangers unreasonably or is likely to endanger unreasonably persons or property, or while the driver thereof is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug affecting his senses, or if such vehicle is so constructed, equipped, or loaded as to endanger unreasonably or he likely to endanger unreasonably persons or property.
