Section 78.9 - Prohibition of landing or taking off under certain circumstances

The airport operator may prohibit aircraft from landing, except for emergency landings, or taking off at any time, when, and under any circumstances under which, the airport operator deems such landings and takeoffs likely to endanger persons or property, exceed the weight limitation established for the airport, or exceed the noise limits for aircraft specified in this section when in effect.
