Section 43.2 - Schedule of State transportation assistance expended

For its fiscal years commencing after December 31, 2000, the municipality or public authority shall prepare either:

(a) a supplementary "schedule of State transportation assistance expended" which shall include the following:

(1) the name of the municipality or public authority;

(2) the period covered by the schedule;

(3) the title of the State transportation programs funded; and

(4) the amounts actually expended during the period identified under the State Transportation Program; or

(b) in lieu of the supplementary "schedule of State transportation assistance expended," a combined supplementary "schedule of expenditures of Federal awards and State transportation assistance expended," which includes the information set forth in paragraphs (a)(1)-(4) of this section.
