Section 32.2 - Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions contained in section 172 of the Navigation Law shall be applicable to this Part. The following additional definition shall be applicable to this Part:

(a) To contain or containment means all actions to limit or prevent the spread of a petroleum discharge.
