Section 125.5 - Retention of records

Each electric corporation and each municipality providing electric service shall maintain for at least six years a record meeting the requirements of sections 125.1 and 125.2 of this Part for each accident in any way connected with or growing out of its electric utility operations and resulting in injury to any person. Said corporation or municipality shall make such records available for inspection by the commission's staff and shall, when requested, provide the staff with information on any such accident.
