Section 126.3 - Appeals without transcript

An appeal without transcript may be submitted only when the only issue is the appropriateness of the penalty imposed. When an appeal is so submitted, the decision of the board shall be final. Such appeal shall be deemed fully submitted when filed; provided, however, that when a transcript be later submitted, the provisions of section 126.2(e) of this Part shall then determine the date of final submission.
