Section 124.8 - Motorist's failure to appear for hearing

Any motorist who does not appear for a hearing within one hour after the time for which the hearing has been scheduled, will be deemed to have failed to appear and such motorist's license will be suspended until a rescheduled hearing is held or, in the administrative law judge's discretion, security is posted.
