Section 91.12 - Court procedure for uniform traffic ticket

When a traffic violation matter, for which a uniform traffic ticket has been issued, has been disposed of, the court shall indicate the disposition of the matter on part IV of the uniform traffic ticket, and shall deliver the same to the enforcement agency whose name appears thereon. Whenever a traffic violation matter, for which a uniform traffic ticket has been issued, results in a forfeiture of bail or a conviction, the court shall indicate such disposition on part III of the uniform traffic ticket, and shall, after completing the reverse of such part, deliver that part to the Department of Motor Vehicles, Albany, New York.
