Section 70.1 - Introduction

The Legislature has determined that vehicles using alternative fuel sources, such as propane, compressed natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, etc., constitute a danger to firefighters if said vehicles catch on fire. A reflective placard will warn firefighters of the danger so that they may react properly.
