Section 35.7 - Uninsured operation in another state

Upon the receipt of evidence that a New York State resident has operated an uninsured vehicle in another state, the registration and/or driver's license or driving privilege of the registrant and/or operator (driver) shall be suspended, as applicable until there is compliance with the financial responsibility laws of such other state.
