A valid current ID card shall be kept with the vehicle to which it applies and it must be produced upon demand by any law enforcement officer or to any person with whom an accident has occurred. Failure to produce an ID card when required may result in a charge of uninsured operation and revocation of driver's license and/or registration privileges.
