Sponsors must provide at least one representative to attend and participate in any seminars with the department when significant changes are made, as determined by the department, affecting either the curriculum or the administration of the course or both. Failure of any sponsor to attend and meaningfully participate in any of the required seminars, after notification to do so, may result in the suspension or revocation of the sponsors approval to conduct the course.
