Part 686 - Operation of Community Residences
Section 686.1 - Applicability

(a) This Part applies to all facilities in the community residence class that are certified by the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities, hereinafter referred to as OPWDD (see glossary, section 686.99 of this Part).

(b) In every instance in this Part, the terms, people, person/persons, or individual/individuals shall refer to those who have met the admission criteria for a community residence and who have been admitted.
