Section 636-1.1 - Applicability

(a) This Subpart applies to:
(1) Medicaid Home and Community
Based Services (HCBS) that are operated, certified, funded, or subject to
oversight by OPWDD; and
(2) Care
Management, by whatever name known, that is subject to oversight by OPWDD and
provided to individuals who receive HCBS that are operated, certified, funded,
or subject to oversight by OPWDD.
(b) This subpart applies to the assessment of functional and healthrelated needs process and the service planning process for all services approved, authorized, certified and/or funded by OPWDD.
