Section 588.4 - Definitions pertaining to this part

(a) Visit means a face-to-face interaction between a recipient or collateral and clinical staff for the provision of service. A visit shall involve one or more required or additional services or any optional services approved by the Office of Mental Health.

(b) All definitions specified in Part 587 of this Title apply in this Part.

(c) Benefit year means a 12-month period which begins the month the recipient becomes eligible for medical assistance.

(d) Home visit means an off-site visit by a clinician to a recipient in the recipient's current primary residence, other than a site which meets the definition of a satellite program as provided in Part 587 of this Title.
