Section 585.12 - Recordkeeping

(a) The family care provider, with assistance and supervision from the program sponsor, will maintain a medication record. The medication record must include a complete accounting of all residents' medication stored and/or administered in the family care home.

(b) The family care provider shall maintain a complete and current set of family care policy guidelines as issued by the office.

(c) The family care provider shall maintain a complete and current file of all correspondence relating to the operating certificates of the family care home.
