Section 507.8 - Standards pertaining to recordkeeping

(a) The local governmental unit shall maintain records of all service providers participating in the community based service system for children with serious emotional disturbance.

(b) The local governmental unit shall maintain a record of referrals for service received by the community based service system for children with serious emotional disturbance. Such record shall include information on the disposition of all referrals.

(c) The local governmental unit shall maintain minutes of all meetings of the interagency group.

(d) Such statistical information shall be prepared and maintained as may be necessary for the effective operation of the community based service system for children with serious emotional disturbance and as may be required by the Office of Mental Health.

(e) Statistical information shall be reported to the Office of Mental Health in a manner and within time limits specified by the Office of Mental Health and shall be the responsibility of an individual whose name and title shall be known to the Office of Mental Health.
