(a) The purpose of this Part is to establish standards for the proper disclosure of HIV-related information.
(b) The purpose of this Part is to establish standards which limit the risk of discrimination and harm to an individual's privacy which unauthorized disclosure of HIV information can cause.
(c) The purpose of this Part is to establish standards which seek to enhance the safety of employees of facilities or programs operated or certified by the Office of Mental Health as well as other individuals.
