Section 343.13 - Confidentiality

(a) Confidential treatment of information required. The certified provider shall treat as confidential all information regarding a youth's participation in the program with the exception of information required by the courts and/or the division.

(b) Policies and procedures. The certified provider shall provide each participating youth with a written explanation of the types of information that will be provided to the referring court and the circumstances under which such information will be provided.
