Section 305.6 - Provision of preventive alcoholism counseling services to a child with parental consent

Wherever possible and feasible, parental consent shall be sought prior to the provision of preventive alcoholism counseling services to a child. Such consent shall be requested only with the permission of the child. If such permission is granted and parental consent obtained, efforts should be made to elicit parental participation in the preventive alcoholism counseling services.
