Part 305 - Preventive Counseling Services For Children Of Alcoholics Or Alcohol Abusers
Section 305.4 - Applicability

This Part applies to any facility in New York State, which has been certified by the division or an out patient facility certified by the Office of Mental Health which has on its staff one or more persons who specialize in the treatment of alcoholism and other alcohol related problems. When any such facility provides preventive alcoholism counseling services to a child whose parent is an alcoholic or alcohol abuser or who is living in a home with an alcoholic abusing person, such services shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of this Part.
