The following hospitals have been certified by the commissioner as having such special facilities:
Buffalo State Hospital, Buffalo, New York
Central Islip State Hospital, Central Islip, New York
Manhattan State Hospital, New York, New York
Middletown State Hospital, Middletown, New York
Pilgrim State Hospital, West Brentwood, New York
Utica State Hospital, Utica, New York.
