Section 100.6 - Reports, review and evaluation of service

(a) Local governmental unit and/or directors of community mental health services shall submit such reports as may be required by the State Commissioner of Mental Hygiene.

(b) The Commissioner of Mental Hygiene or any authorized representatives of the State Department of Mental Hygiene may visit, examine, inspect and investigate any service or facility for which State aid is claimed under article 11 of the Mental Hygiene Law to determine whether the services and facilities are being conducted in compliance with the provisions of the law and regulations relating thereto.

(c) The Commissioner of Mental Hygiene or his authorized representatives shall have the right to examine the financial accounts and related records of any local governmental unit or voluntary agency under contract.
