Section 100.5 - Personnel

(a) Personnel for whom reimbursement is claimed shall be qualified for their respective positions and shall possess at the time of appointment qualifications established for the position by the State Commissioner of Mental Hygiene or acceptable to him.

(b) For the purposes of reimbursement for consultant and educational services, qualified mental health personnel shall include psychiatrists, psychiatric social workers, clinical psychologists, mental health consultants, mental health educators and psychiatric nurses.

(c) Personnel of private and/or voluntary agencies with whom contracts are made for the rendition of services or the operation of facilities must meet standards established by or acceptable to the State Commissioner of Mental Hygiene.
