(a) There shall be adequate insect screens on all windows to be used for ventilation.

(b) Domestic hot water shall be generated and circulated at 110 degrees Fahrenheit without the use of thermostatically controlled mixing valves and be equipped with a high temperature alarm providing both auditory and visual signals having a set point of 120 degrees Fahrenheit located in an office or other location normally occupied by supervising personnel. Shower mixing valves shall be of the pressure balance type. A separate source of hot water or booster heater shall be provided for kitchens and other appliances and fixtures requiring temperatures in excess of 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
