Section 18.9 - Notification to court of incapacity of prisoner

If the director of a hospital in which a prisoner is hospitalized pursuant to this Part has reason to believe that the prisoner may be an incapacitated defendent as defined in article 730 of the Criminal Procedure Law, the director shall so notify the court in which the criminal charges are pending.
